Yeast Bread

1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast

2-1/4 cups warm water (110° to 115°)

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon salt

2 tablespoons canola oil

6-1/4 to 6-3/4 cups all-purpose flour

Ingredients

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (12 oz bag) semi sweet chocolate chips

1 cup milk chocolate chips

¼ cup butter
-
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions

Line a 9 x 9 inch pan with aluminum foil and grease with butter. Set aside.

In a large sauce pan, add the condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring often to avoid burning. Cook until mixture is melted and well combined.

Remove from heat and add vanilla; stir until combined.

Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Tap few times to remove air bubbles.

Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.

When set, remove from pan using the foil and cut into pieces.

Store fudge in fridge for long storage. Just remove from fridge an hour or so before serving to soften

Chocolate fudge
Sugar Cookies
~2 3/4 cup of flour
~1 tsp. of backing soda
~1/2 tsp. of salt
~1 1/4 cp of margarine or butter (butter worked best)
~2 cups of white sugar
~2 eggs
~2 tsp. of vanilla extract
Place suagr, eggs, buter or margarine, and vanilla into a bowl, mix until fluffy. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt onto a piece of parchment paper. Add dry ingredients to wet. Place in the oven preheated to about 3:50. Bake until light brown and crispy on the edges or however you like them.
